How about an easy, no cook lunch for these crazy summer days? Quite possibly the easiest meal prep ever – perfect for the office, lunch on the go with kids, or when you just aren’t in the mood to make a production for dinner!
The key is portioning things out to keep it all in check and get the right mix of foods throughout your day. We continue to work on this in our health & fitness accountability groups, and one week in to the latest group and people are already noticing big differences!
Here’s what I’ve got in my “lunchable”
10 whole grain crackers
2 ounces Gouda cheese
1 cup fresh veggies
6 ounces nitrate free turkey slices
1 cup apple slices
Getting in all my sweet, salty, and crunchy fixes at once, and paired with my favorite sparkling water.
