I love helping people adopt consistent, healthy habits, move beyond fitness hurdles, and become the best version of themselves that they can be.

Seeking life, health and balance are journeys we are all on, and I am here to help you with yours. I am a health + wellness coach, PiYo LIVE! certified instructor, NETA certified group fitness instructor, Mom, Caffeine-junkie, Reluctant Runner, and Fitness Instigator. I teach group fitness classes in the Minneapolis area, as well as offer virtual bootcamps and accountability groups that focus on clean eating and fitness.
