For my friends who are doing the 80 Day Obsession program, this is a tasty way to combine a green + blue container! Healthy fats, crunchy veggies, and a little spice – because you know, clean eating doesn’t have to suck! Serving size = 1/4 cup avocado or guacamole, 1 cup veggies

Who likes them?
I remember them as the desolate orphan left behind on the veggie trays at family picnics.
These guys made multiple appearances in my weekly CSA haul this summer, so I decided it’s about time I worked on my relationship with them.
Here’s the scoop – they have just 19 calories per cup, high in fiber, and contain nutrients that help your body detox!
The taste is peppery and can be strong for some. I found I don’t care for them plain, but man, they make one helluva good way to transport guacamole or hummus!
